SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Table the matter indefinitely. <br /> MOTION: Griset SECOND: May <br /> <br /> VOTE: AYES: Acosta, Griset, Hart, May, Pulido, Young <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: McGuigan FILE 625 <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY AND COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />At lO:S1 p.m., the Council recessed to the Housing Authority and <br />subsequently to the Community Redevelopment Agency, reconvening at <br />ll:O0 p.m. with the same Councilmembers present. <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />90.A. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Johnny Corbin, 1645 E. 15th Street, addressed Council citing deficiencies <br />in the City's parks, particularly with respect to the number of baseball <br />diamonds. <br /> <br />The following persons spoke with respect to the City's restrictions <br />regarding the sale of fireworks: <br /> <br />Phil Amaya, 1009 Daisy <br />Ralph Flores, 2439 W. St. Andrews Place <br />Ross Davidson, Grand Avenue Methodist Church <br /> <br />90.C.
