General consulting services as to the application of the City business processes and <br />impacts to the payroll processor system. <br />B. Test new version of payroll software in order to facilitate upgrade. <br />C. Development of new programming resulting from changes in MOU's or City <br />operations. <br />D. Assist in Year End processing and ensure its successful completion <br />E. Troubleshoot and work with Highline to improve the PERS report. <br />F. Provide staff training as needed. <br />G. Play a key role in the implementation of direct deposit. <br />H. Payroll programming services that effect modification to the payroll program. <br />I. Undertake payroll research and creation/modification of reports <br />J. Assist in payroll process when needed. <br />K. Provide additional resources upon request. <br />L.
