MEMORANDUM <br />To: <br />From: <br />Subject: <br />Mayor Miguel Pulido <br />Date: October 29, 2012 <br />Executive Director of Personnel fl <br />Edward S <br />PMA MOU <br />As you are aware, the City and the Police Management Association (PMA) have entered into a <br />series of contract extensions and side letters during the past several years. This has created a <br />number of separate documents, which are difficult to read in the context of the original <br />Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). In order to make it easier for all concerned, we have <br />incorporated into the 2004-08 PMA MOU all side letters and contract extensions previously agreed <br />to and approved by Council since 2008. The PMA has reviewed and approved this document. <br />Consequently, I have attached for your signature the 2008-14 PMA MOU. Because all language <br />contained in this MOU has already been agreed to by the Council, this document does not need <br />formal Council approval. <br />Should you have any questions, please contact me at 647-5372. <br />C: Paul Walters <br />
