Effective July 1, 2012 or as soon as practicable following <br />Council approval of this Agreement, this one half of one percent (.50%) of <br />base salary, plus pay additives, shall be deposited each pay period in the <br />individual accounts of PMA members established with plan administrator <br />ICMA-RC. <br />4. PMA shall determine how the existing PMA Medical Retirement Subsidy <br />Plan funds will be distributed among its membership. <br />In addition to the contributions referenced above, a PMA bargaining unit <br />member may contribute unused sick leave, vacation, and other benefits to the <br />trust as soon as practicable. <br />6. Any future negotiated City contributions to PMA shall be deposited into the <br />Retiree Health Savings Plan. <br />7. The program is not intended to create any form of lifetime insurance subsidy, <br />benefit or entitlement. <br />12.8 Vision Insurance. Effective as soon as practicable, the City agrees to implement, through <br />payroll deduction, anon-participatory vision care plan through Eye Med. This plan is <br />voluntary on behalf of the employee and shall be fully funded by the participating employee. <br />38 <br />
