<br />REL:jd <br />7/28/83 <br /> <br />\-.' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-l-IDA <br /> <br />I <br />\".. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DESIGNATING OFFICERS, AND <br />ADOPTING A SEAL, BYLAWS, PURCHASING RULES, ENVIRON- <br />MENTAL RULES, AND PROJECT REGULATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by its Ordinance No. NS-1559, dated <br />January 5, 1981 (Santa Ana Municipal Code, Sections 2-630 et <br />seq.) The City Council of the City of Santa Ana provided for <br />the preliminary organization of the Industrial Development <br />Authority of the City of Santa Ana, a public, corporate <br />instrumentality of the State of California created in the <br />City of Santa Ana by the California Industrial Development <br />Financing Act (Government Code, Sections 91500 et seq.); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by the said ordinance, and in accordance <br />with Section 91523 of the said Act, the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana has declared itself to be the Board of <br />Directors of the Industrial Development Authority of the <br />City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />\... <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is now desired to provide for the more <br />specific organization of the Industrial Development Authority <br />of the City of Santa Ana; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />DIRECTORS OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Designation of Officers <br /> <br />(a) The following officers of the City of Santa <br />Ana (hereinafter, "City") shall be, ex officio, officers of <br />this Industrial Development Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana (hereinafter "Authority") as follows: <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />(1) The Mayor, Vice-Mayor, and Mayor pro-tern <br />of the City shall be the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Chairman <br />pro-tern of this Authority, respectively. <br /> <br />(2) The City Manager of the City shall be <br />the Executive Officer of this Authority. <br /> <br />(3) The Clerk of the Council of the City <br />shall be the Secretary of this Authority. <br /> <br />~ <br />
