I L l (1) a statement that the person making or glvlng such certificate, statement or opinion has read all pertinent provisions of this Resolution (including such condition or covenant and definitions relating thereto), to which such certificate, statement or opinion may relate; (2) a brief statement as to the nature and scope of the examination or investigation upon which the certificate, statement or opinion is based; (3) a statement that, in the opinion of such person, he has made such examination or investigation as is necessary to enable him to express an informed opinion as to whether or not such condition or covenant has been compl ied with; and (4) a statement as to whether, in the opinion of such person, such condition or covenant has been complied with. Section 12.05. Notices. The Authority, the Company and the Servicing Agent may designate any further or different addresses to which subsequent notices, certificates or other communications shall be sent. Section 12.06. Payments Due on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. In any case where the date of maturity of interest on or principal of the Bonds or the date fixed for redemption of any Bonds shall be in the City of Irvine, California office a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday or a day on which banking institutions are authorized by law to close, then payment of principal, premium, if any, or interest need not be made on such date but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date of maturity or the date fixed for redemption, and no interest shall accrue for the period after such date. 28
