<br />\... <br /> <br />t <br />'-' <br /> <br />\. <br /> <br />I <br />~. <br />\.... <br /> <br />" <br />'-' <br /> <br />REL:adg <br />11/7/84 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-17-IDA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-6-IDA, "A RESOLUTION OF <br />THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE <br />OF BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING THE <br />REHABILITATION OF AND ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS <br />TO INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS AND RELATED FACILITIES <br />BY U.S.D. CORP." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the board of Directors of the Industrial <br />Developmebt Authority of the City of Santa Ana has heretofore <br />on July 16, 1984 adopted its Resolution No. 84-6-IDA (the <br />"Resolution"): "A Resolution of the Industrial Development <br />Authority of the City of Santa Ana Authorizing the issuance <br />of Bonds for the Purpose of Financing the Rehabilitation of <br />and Additions and Alterations to Industrial Buildings and <br />Related Facilities by U .S.D. Corp." whereby this Board au- <br />thorized the issuance of bonds in the amount not to exceed <br />2,000,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the application filed by U.S.D. Corp. <br />(the "Developer") for financing requests financing in the <br />amount not to exceed $3,000,000 and said application has <br />heretofore been approved by this Board; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />DIRECTORS OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA THAT: said Resolution No. 84-6-IDA, <br />adopted on July 16, 1984, is hereby amended to provide <br />authorization for the issuance of Bonds for the financing <br />of the Project (as defined in said Resolution) in the <br />aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $3,000.000. <br /> <br />ADOPTED, this 19th day of <br /> <br />Novembf'r <br /> <br />, 1984. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />..."'/ <br /> <br />.~~ <br /> <br />~-'.- J y: tC _ <br />J ice C.
