<br />f <br />\.. <br /> <br />, <br />f <br />L <br /> <br />REL:mb 2/4/92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- DOl-IDA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE NO. 1 TO INDENTURE OF <br />TRUST AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CERTAIN <br />ACTIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain Supplemental Indenture No. 1 to Indenture of <br />Trust, dated as of January 1, 1992 (the "Supplemental Indenture"), <br />between the Industrial Development Authority of the city of Santa <br />Ana and First Interstate Bank of California, as trustee (the <br />"Trustee"), be and is hereby approved; and <br /> <br />2. The Chairman of the.
