Councilmember Pulido suggested that six months be allocated for the <br />formation of the Committee and the development of the prioritized list of <br />activities. <br /> <br />Councilmember Acosta requested clarification of the projected cash flow <br />for the funding of improvements. <br /> <br />By unanimous informal consent, the Council directed staff to initiate the <br />process of establishing the Blue Ribbon Committee. FILE llO.05 <br /> <br />Chamber of Commerce "Santa Ana Proud" Program <br /> <br />The City Manager presented an overview of the Chamber of Commerce's <br />proposed "Santa Aha Proud" program outlining its prdposed objectives and <br />the Chamber's request for funding of $150,000. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor McGuigan reviewed the funding sources for the requested amount <br />and the impacts on those projects from which the funds 'would be <br />transferred. The Mayor recognized his receipt of written comments on <br />this matter from Councilmember Acosta. In response to Councilmember <br />Acosta's written comments, the Chamber of Commerce presented a written <br />report to each Councilmember. <br /> <br />The Council recessed at 2:53 p.m., reconvening at 3:12 p.m., with all <br />Councilmembers present except for Councilmember Hart. <br /> <br />The Mayor requested additional comments from Council.
