Washington Avenue. <br /> <br />Staff report, Planning Commission recommendation and staff comments were <br />presented by Larry Yenglen, Planning Assistant. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />Gary Sodikoff, applicant, and Glory Allender, 206 E. Washington Avenue, <br />spoke in favor of Amendment Application No. 989. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter. <br /> <br /> The M~yor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Approve and file Negative Declaration and place the following <br /> ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title. <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO.
