Affirmative Action Presentation <br /> <br />Alex Sanchez, Executive Director of the Human Resources Agency, reviewed <br />enabling Federal legislation for Affirmative Action and noted the origin <br />of Santa Ana's Affirmative Action policy in the 1952 Charter. He provided <br />an overview of the City's program, outlining objectives for recruitment, <br />selection and examination; career development and training; and position <br />classification.
