<br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />No written communication <br /> <br />Public Hearing: see comments recorded under 75A; public hearing closed <br /> <br />Motion: Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-002 - A resolution of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana approving Variance No. 2005-64 as conditioned to allow <br />reductions in the required parking and approving Variance No. 2005-65 <br />as conditioned to allow reduction in the bedroom size for the property <br />located at 1501 North Ross Street <br /> <br />COUNCIL RECESSED TO A JOINT SESSION WITH THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AT 7:19 P.M. <br /> <br />80A LOAN AGREEMENTS WITH ROSS & DURANT, L.P. AND <br />AUTHORIZATION OF RELOCATION PLANS <br /> <br />Motion: 1. Direct the City Attorney to prepare a loan agreement with Ross & <br />Durant, L.P. for the acquisition of a 30 unit multi-family property <br />located at 1501 N. Ross Street in an amount not to exceed $1,400,000 <br />and authorize the Executive Director of the Community Development <br />Agency or designee to execute all required documents. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-003 - A resolution of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana approving the relocation plan for residential property in the <br />Willard Neighborhood to meet Federal and State mandated regulations <br />for payment of relocation benefits <br /> <br />3. Direct the City Attorney to prepare a loan agreement with Ross & <br />Durant, L.P. for the acquisition of a 35 unit multi-family property <br />located at 1411 N. Durant Street in an amount not to exceed <br />$1,600,000 and authorize the Executive Director of the <br />Community Development Agency or designee to execute all <br />required documents. <br /> <br />4.
