The TeaM assembled to successfully accomplish on call services for the City of Santa Ana is comprised of
<br />individuals who will themselves manage their portions of the services for the Project. Offices do not provide
<br />services - people do... It is important that you understand who will be accomplishing your work. We have
<br />listed below those people who will comprise your team.
<br />The Architect, Donald J. Gillis of Gillis 0 Associates Architects, Inc. will be the Principal -in -Charge of the
<br />City of Santa Ana and the Project Team on a day-to-day basis. Mr. Gillis will be the direct contact with the
<br />City of Santa Ana throughout the Project; he will be the Project Director with overall responsibility. He will
<br />supervise the project from start to finish. He will chair all meetings with the City of Santa Ana Building

<br />City of Santa Ana Building COMMlttee, will be responsible to the Project Architect for attending
<br />meetings to act as an integral part of the design team to react to, critique, suggest, and validate the
<br />Architect's work as the work progresses, through completion of the Project Construction Documents.
<br />Project Architect / Space Planner, Jack Panichapan, Project Architect, of Gillis to Associates
<br />Architects, Inc. has over 15 years of experience, ranging from small scale buildings to complete City Campus
<br />Master Planning. As a Senior Associate of G&A, Jack is responsible for the creative output of the company, and
<br />the design process for clients such as the Mission Springs Water Dlsbict Administration and Operations Facility,
<br />the City of Moreno Valley Corporate Yard Facility, the City of Santee City Yard, and Yorba Linda Water District
<br />New Administration Facility.
<br />Task: Jack will be a key member during each phase of the project --beginning with the initial approved
<br />Concept Design all the way through Construction Observation -- as the Project Architect.
<br />The Structural Engineer, Don Morita will be responsible for structural system analysis and
<br />justification and for the development of construction documents and applicable specifications. He will also be
<br />responsible for the construction administration for the project. Don is an experienced professional, whose
<br />expertise is reinforced by a staff of engineers and draftsmen. He Is ready and able to undertake a broad
