C-95-990 <br />3 BE~EEN <br />4 ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />5 AND <br />6 CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />7 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 11 is made and entered into this _ day of <br />8 2005, by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, a public corporation of the State of <br />9 California (hereinafter referred to as "AUTHORITY"), and City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation <br />10 (hereinafter referred to as "AGENCY"). <br />11 WITNESSETH: <br />12 WHEREAS, by Agreement No. C-95-990 dated August 31, 1995, as last changed by <br />13 Amendment No. 10 dated March 11, 2005, AUTHORITY and AGENCY entered into an Agreement <br />14 which determined. that AGENCY was eligible to receive funding under the Combined Transportation <br />15 Funding Programs (CTFP) as specified in the CTFP Manual and also the Bicycle and Pedestrian <br /> <br />16 Facilities Program; and <br /> <br />17 WHEREAS, periodic scheduled r(lviews approved by AUTHORITY and AGENCY may be <br />18 updated as required; and . <br />19 WHEREAS, both patties have agreed to amend the list of projects set forth in Exhibit A; <br />20 NOW, THEREFORE, it. is.mutually understood llnd agreed by AUTHORITY and AGENCY as <br />21 follows: <br />22 Amend .Exhibit A. "Combined Transportation Fundino Proorams CCTFPl Allocations", to delete <br />23 the Exhibit in its entirety and in lieu thereof insert the revised "Combined Transportation Funding <br />24 Programs (CTFP) Allocations", dated September 28, 2005, included in this Amendment as Attachment <br />25 NO.1 which is incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement. <br /> <br />26 I <br /> <br />l:\CAMM\CLERICAl\CLERICAl\VVORDPROC\AGREE\AMEND"AM115990.00C <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
