<br />INSURANCE NOT REQUIHED <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: ,- / , -(,) " <br />This First Addendum (hereinafter "Amendment") to the Original Lease for 888 West Santa <br />Ana Boulevard, Suite 200, Santa Ana, California effective June 1, 1996 and executed <br />January 29, 1996 by and between Parkgate Center LLC, a California Limited Liability <br />Cornpany (hereinafter "Lessor") and City of Santa Ana (hereinafter "Lessee"), which <br />includes 11,724 rentable square feet with the intent to modify that certain Lease as follows: <br /> <br />A-2006-004 <br /> <br />ADDENDUM TO STANDARD OFFICE LEASE <br /> <br />.-:1- ./';""" <br /> <br />(1;;. ;J.. <br /> <br />1. The parties entered into the Original Lease agreement for the period June 1, 1996 <br />through May 31, 2006 (the "Lease"). <br /> <br />2. This Amendment to the Lease extends the term from June 1,2006 through May 31, <br />2009 with a monthly rental rate of $16,999.80. <br /> <br />3. Lessee is hereby granted two options to extend Lease for two years each from June <br />1,2009 to May 31,2011 with an increase of the monthly rental rate to $17,468.76 <br />and from June 1,2011 to May 31,2013 with an increase of the monthly rental rate <br />to $17,992.76. <br /> <br />4.
