COUNCIL AGENDA ITEM <br /> <br />65.A. ABC LICENSE RECONSIDERATION <br /> <br />Steve Craig, 2102-2112 S. Main Street, showed a series of slides depicting <br />the adjacent businesses and proposed Circle K Convenience Store for 2110 <br />S. Main, and requested the Council withdraw the Police protest with <br />respect to the ABC License for the property. <br /> <br />MOTION: Withdraw Police protest but retain Planning requirements. <br /> <br />CIRCLE K CONVENIENCE STORES, INC. - "Circle K" - 2110 S.
