Rice, Associate Planner <br /> <br />Presentation of written communications by the Clerk of the Council: None <br /> <br />Marty Potts, Hopkins Development, 13 Corporate Plaza, Newport Beach, spoke <br />in favor of the project. <br /> <br />Hartley Mills, 617 S. Starboard, expressed concern regarding the width of <br />Mac Fadden Street adjacent to the project, and encouraged the Council to <br />improve Mac Fadden west of Newhope. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the public hearing at 8:41 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION: l) Approve and file Negative Declaration and place the following <br /> ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.
