MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />MARCH 15, 1988 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. in the Council Chambers, <br />22 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor Dan Young. Councilmembers present were <br />John Acosta, Daniel E. Griset, Wilson B. Hart, Ron May, Patricia A. <br />McGuigan, Miguel A. Pulido and Mayor Young. Also present were City <br />Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk of the <br />Council Janice C. Guy. <br /> <br />ACTION BY CO)~4UNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />76.A. <br /> <br />DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH HISTORIC FRENCH PARK <br />ASSOCIATION, INC. (AGENCY ITEM 3A) <br /> <br />The proposed agreement with the Historic French Park Association <br />accommodates the sale of the 825 N. Lacy site to the Association at its <br />full market value of $75,000.00 and requires that the historic Duggan <br />House be relocated onto the site and a two-car garage constructed pursuant <br />to Santa Aha Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Register on March 1 and 8, 1988. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the joint public hearing of the City Council and <br />Community Redevelopment Agency regarding the French Park Disposition and <br />Development Agreement at 6:06 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation of staff report, Redevelopment and Housing Commission <br />recommendations, and staff comments by: Pat Whitaker, Housing Manager <br /> <br />Presentation of written communications by the Clerk of the Council: None <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the joint public hearing at 6:08 p.m. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />81 MARCH 15, 1988 <br /> <br /> <br />
