MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />OCTOBER 3, 1988 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 4:17 p.m. in Room 423, City Hall, <br />20 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor Dan Young. Councilmembers present were <br />John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, Ron M~, Patricia A. McGuigan, Miguel A. <br />Pulido and Mayor Young. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, <br />City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. <br /> <br />Councilmember Daniel E. Griset joined the meeting at 4:40 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL STUDY SESSION <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR REVIEW <br /> <br />David Grosse, Executive Director; George Alvarez, City Traffic Engineer; <br />and Jim Ross, Construction Services Manager; of the Public Works Agency, <br />clarified details with respect to Agenda items 12.A., an agreement between <br />the City of Santa Ana and Hopkins Development Company; 12.J., an amendaent <br />to the Joint Powers Agreements for the Transportation Corridor Agencies; <br />and 12.C., an amendment to the agreement with ASL Consulting Engineers, <br />respectively; and responded to Councilmembers' specific questions <br />regarding those items. <br /> <br />Alvarez indicated action regarding the Joint Powers Agreements needed to <br />be taken by the member cities before the next Transportation Corridor <br />Agencies' Meeting on October 13, 1988.
