Vice Mayor McGuigan requested, and the maker of the motion and second agreed to an amendment to the motion to request staff to assist the Church in finding a more appropriate location for a church facility with a report to the Council in 60 days. AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 1013 - APPEAL APPLICATION NO. 88-5 - VA NO. 88-19 Filed by Jim Ferryman and Frank Bianchini to rezone property located at 2402 S. Bristol Street from the C4 (Planned Shopping Center) District to the C2 (General Commercial) District to allow the establishment of an auto repair center. Appeal Application No. 88-5 would overturn the Planning Commission denial of VA No. 88-1g which would vary from setback, parking and landscaping requirements.
