<br />Appointment of Members to the Santa <br />Ana Workforce Investment Board <br />February 21, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />original members who have a desire to continue to serve. <br />are attached as Exhibit 1. <br /> <br />Their resumes <br /> <br />Currently, there are four vacancies on the Board consisting of two <br />private sector seats, one labor seat, and an economic development seat. <br />The private sector nominee is Robert Fischer, President, Accurate <br />Performance Machining (AMP), Inc. His resume and nomination form are <br />attached (Exhibit 2). At its January 13, 2006, meeting, the Workforce <br />Investment Board made a recommendation to appoint Mr. Fischer to the <br />Board.
