Per the terms of the original agreement, the City's <br />Parks Recreation and Community Services Agency is responsible for <br />maintaining the trail. A first amendment was approved in 2001 extending <br />the agreement through December 31, 2005. Staff recommends extending the <br />license agreement for an additional five-year term, which would expire on <br />December 31, 2010.
