The automated parking citation system streamlines and <br />expedites the issuance and processing of parking citations. Phoenix Group <br />also handles all refunds related to parking penalties. <br /> <br />Due to a higher than anticipated volume of citations issued by the Police <br />Department and processed by Phoenix Group during January through December <br />2005, the compensation amount needs to be increased by $25,000. Staff's <br />evaluation has determined that the Phoenix Group has performed well and <br />recommends renewing the agreement for another one-year term, in an amount <br />not to exceed $145,000. <br /> <br />250-1 <br /> <br />
