BIO <br />Renee Ward is a seasoned recruitment and staffing executive. She was a Vice President <br />for TMP Worldwide Recruitment Advertising (the parent of Monster.com), and Vice <br />President for a Spherion Corporation subsidiary, JobOptions, Inc., a career resource <br />technology company. <br />She is a member of SHRM-Society for Human Resource Management and served on the <br />SHRM Workforce Readiness Committee, PIHRA-Professionals in Human Resource <br />Association, ERE-Electronic Recruiting Exchange and ASAE-American Society of <br />Association Executives. <br />Prior to her recruitment and staffing career, Ms. Ward was a successful advertising, sales <br />and marketing management executive. <br />She's had an outstanding management career with several innovative Fortune 500 <br />companies, and ran her own highly effective sales and marketing promotions company. <br />Renee is well known for her ability to work cross-functionally through team building and <br />leveraging resources for group initiatives; ability to craft and deliver high level <br />presentations, proposals and pitches; broad-based business, industry, IT, Internet and new <br />media knowledge. <br />Ms. Ward is a published author, noted speaker and an expert resource to media, schools <br />and community groups. <br />She has had numerous television appearances including CBS Evening News, CNN and <br />CNNfn, Comcast Cable, and UPN News.
