Century Boulevard, reported on his charitable <br />efforts in Mexico and in Orange County. <br /> <br />Esther Escarsega, 2130 Wellington, presented a petition and expressed her <br />concern for the welfare of children at Monroe School if Delhi Park were to <br />be relocated next to the school and submitted a petition expressing <br />opposition to the proposed move.
