Birch Street. <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on April 21, 1989. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing regarding the proposed sale of the <br />historic property located at 506 S. Birch Street at 7:38 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation of Staff report and staff comments by: Cindy Nelson, <br />Executive Director of Community Development Agency <br /> <br />Presentation of written communications by the Clerk of the Council: None <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the public hearing at 7:39 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Instruct City Attorney to prepare and Mayor and Clerk to execute <br />agreement authorizing the sale and transfer of the property <br />located at 506 South Birch Street to David Barrow and Laura Yoder. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT A-89-029 - BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND DAVID <br />BARROW AND LAURA YODER - For the purchase and rehabilitation of <br />the site and structure located at 506 South Birch Street in the <br />total amount of $126,000.00, plus a rehabilitation loan from the <br />City in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
