GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 89-5 Proposed general plan amendment filed by B. U. Patel to revise the land use intensity, or ratio of floor area allowed to land area (FAR), from .5 to 1.0 for a four-story hotel located at 2720 Hotel Terrace. Recommended for approval by the Planning Commission on April 23, 1989, by the following vote. The Mayor opened the public hearing regarding General Plan Amendment 89-5 at 9:23 p.m. Presentation of Staff report, Planning Commission recommendation and staff comments by: June Catalano, Executive Director, Planning and Building Agency Presentation of written communications by the Clerk of the Council: None Tom Kieviet, 100 S. Anaheim Blvd., Anaheim, spoke in support of General Plan Amendment 89-5. There were no other speakers on the matter.
