COUNCIL POLICY - CABLE TELEVISION ADVISORY BOARD {ACOSTA) <br /> <br />Councilmember McGuigan indicated she had a conflict of interest regarding <br />this Agenda item and left the meeting. <br /> <br />The following members of the Community Cable Citizens Board expressed <br />concern that disbanding the Board would negatively impact Cable television <br />service to the Community: <br /> <br />Coween Dickerson <br />Rita Corpin <br />Mitchell Davis <br /> <br />RECESSED - 10:26 P.M. <br /> <br />RECONVENED - 10:37 P.M. - All Councilmembers present except Councilmember <br />McGuigan and Mayor Young. <br /> <br />James McGuigan, also of the Community Cable Citizens Board, expressed <br />concern similar to the previous speakers. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Instruct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance repealing <br />Ordinance NS-1671 and Resolution 83-19 which established the <br />Community Cable Citizens Board and procedures. <br /> <br />MOTION: Norton SECOND: May <br /> <br />VOTE: AYES: Acosta, May, Norton, Pulido <br />NOES: Griset <br />ABSENT: McGuigan, Young <br /> <br />Councilmember McGuigan rejoined the meeting. <br /> <br />FILE llO.15 <br /> <br />65.B.
