It is understood and agreed that this total is an estimate and that the State will pay <br />only for those services actually rendered as authorized by the Contract Manager or hislher <br />designee. <br /> <br />C. State will pay the City 100% of the total cost for police services which is estimated <br />at $10,000. <br /> <br />D. The total amount payable by State to City may be increased by amendment <br />to this agreeement, if, after 80% of the estimated totla costs of $10,000 have <br />been expended and it appears that projected expenditures through project <br />completion will exceed 100% of the estimated costs. <br /> <br />Article VIII - Termination <br /> <br />Either Party reserves the right to terminate this agreement without cause upon thirty (30) days <br />written notice to the other Party, or immediately in the event of a material breach.
