At the time of termination. CI1Y will <br />be paid for costs related to termination of any TRAFFIC SIGNAL TIMING <br />MODIFICATIONS and TRAFFIC CONTROL OFFICERS. <br />9. This Agreement shall terminate upon completion of construction of TRAFFIC <br />SIGNAL TIMING MODIFICATIONS and TRAFFIC CONTROL OFFICERS <br />service or on December 31. 2002. whichever is earlier in time. unless both <br />parties agree to an extension of time in writing. <br />
