TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />The services to be performed <br />shall be performed pursuant to this Agreement <br />Mariachi Festival, on Saturday, May 11, 2002, for the Santa Ana <br />2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />PERFORMER shall provide horses as entertainment during the <br />Santa Ana Mariachi Festival at the Santa Ana Stadium in the city <br />Of Santa Ana (venue). <br />3. COMPENSATION <br />PERFORMER agrees to provide said services at no cost to the <br />City of Santa Ana. <br />4. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR <br />PERFORMER is an independent CONTRACTOR and not an employee <br />Of CITY and all of CONTRACTOR'S personnel shall be employees or <br />subcontractors of PERFORMER and not employees of the CITY. <br />PERFORMER shall pay all salaries and wages, employer's social <br />security taxes, unemployment insurance and similar taxes relating <br />to employees and shall be responsible for all applicable <br />withholding. <br />S. INSURANCE <br />Prior to undertaking performance under this Agreement, <br />Performer shall maintain and shall require its subcontractors, if <br />any, to obtain and maintain insurance as described below: <br />ki <br />eZ <br />
