claims, and unemployment i <br />whomsoever, in any nsurance claims, of or by any one <br />way resulting from or arising out of <br />PERFORMER'S acts or omissions in connection with this Agreement, <br />including acts or omissions <br />omissions of subcontractors and acts or <br />of employees or agents of PERFORMER or its <br />subcontractors. <br />8• ASSIGNABILITY <br />Inasmuch as this Agreement is intended to secure the <br />specialized services of PERFORMER, PERFORMER may not assign, <br />the <br />transfer, delegate, or subcontract any interest herein without <br />transferr, delegation norn T <br />subcontractwithoutntheu CITY'S i prior , <br />written consent shall be considered null and void.
