Sutaria, Traffic Operations Engineer, Public <br />Works Agency. <br /> <br />The following persons spoke in favor of installing painted traffic <br />diverters on Washington Avenue: <br /> <br />Vivian Kusiak, Washington Avenue <br />Mike Sasso, 1002 W.
