Mr. Hay indicated he would attempt to provide all necessary documents to <br />the Planning Department by August 16, 1989. <br /> <br />The Ma~vor requested the Executive Director of Planning and Building Agency <br />to provide a status report on CUP 89-2 and VA 89-2 to the Council on <br />August 21, 1989. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY CABLE CITIZENS BOARD (25A) <br /> <br />Councilmember May requested input from the Council relative to <br />discontinuing or restructuring the Cable Television Board. <br /> <br />Councilmember Acosta indicated support for a cable board composed only of <br />members appointed by the City Council. <br /> <br />James McGuigan and Coween Dickerson, members of the Community Cable <br />Citizens Board, urged the Council not to disband the Cable Board. <br /> <br />The Mayor polled the Councilmembers with respect to discontinuing or <br />reconstructing the Board.
