GARVIN. ("CONSULTANT") modifies the scope of services. <br /> <br />W-I- T-N-E-S-S-E- T-H <br /> <br />The CITY wishes to conduct additional training to be conducted by CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />The cost of such training is $4378.00 which will not cause the amount of compensation paid to <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR to exceed the original contract amount. In consideration of their mutual and <br /> <br />respective promises, and subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in the original contract <br /> <br />dated May 26th, 1999, the parties hereto do hereby agree to modify the SCOPE OF SERIVCES <br /> <br />in the original contract as follows: <br /> <br />4. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />A. POLICE SUPERVISORY TRAINING SPECIALIST <br />CONSULTANT, in his capacity as a Police Personnel Specialist, shall: <br />6. Conduct training in the form of "Personnel Management Skills for <br />Supervisors.
