<br />ill <br />RESPONSffiILITlES OF LOCAL AFFILIA TE <br /> <br />The LOCAL AFFILIATE agrees, during the term of this Agreement to: <br /> <br />A. Establish one JAG-accredited Dropout Recovery Model. Provide one staffperson <br />qualified to fulfill the responsibilities of the LOCAL AFFILIATE Career Specialist who <br />takes personal responsibility for a minimum of 20 students, as submitted on the JAG <br />Roster. <br /> <br />B. Implement fuIIy and completely the JAG database management system, providing all <br />reports to JCG as required per pre-determined deadlines. JAG and JCG will provide all <br />training and technical assistance required to ensure the LOCAL AFFILIATE is able to <br />effectively maintain the database management system. <br /> <br />C. Interpret LOCAL AFFILIATE policies and procedures to staff of JCG and the LOCAL <br />AFFILIATE Career Specialist(s). <br /> <br />D. Establish a site-based advisory committee to assist the LOCAL AFFILIATE Career <br />Specialist(s) in recruiting, screening, and selecting students with the greatest chance of <br />benefiting from the services. <br /> <br />E. Include the LOCAL AFFILIATE Career Specialist in any relevant training provided <br />through the LOCAL AFFILIATE. <br /> <br />F. Coordinate the job development efforts of the LOCAL AFFILIATE Career Specialist(s) <br />with other One-Stop Centers, and other community efforts. <br /> <br />G. Work with JCG to provide evaluation of services of the LOCAL AFFILIATE Career <br />Specialist(s) to ensure full compliance with the JAG Program Model Standards. <br /> <br />H. Provide adequate supervision to ensure that the LOCAL AFFILIATE Career <br />Specialist(s) fulfills the responsibilities ofthis Memorandum of Understanding and <br />achieves the performance standards of the JAG Program Model and requirements of any <br />funding sources. <br /> <br />I. Provide feedback to the JCG State Office that will result in the continuous improvement <br />of the program to maintain accreditation by Jobs for America's Graduates. <br /> <br />J. In all advertising and promotion of the program, reference the program's affiliation with <br />Jobs for California Graduates (i.e., "an affiliate of Jobs for California Graduates"). <br /> <br />N <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />A. The LOCAL AFFILIATE agrees to pay Jobs for California Graduates, Inc. a sum of <br />$5,000 annually to provide materials and services as outlined in this Memorandum of <br />Understanding and Exhibit A. <br /> <br />3 <br />
