<br />.. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />CONSULTANT will serve as a theatre instructor for children's theatre classes offered in <br />Santa Ana Empowerment Zone schools. <br /> <br />. CONSULTANT will direct theatre instruction in the classes. <br />. CONSULTANT will prepare in advance for the theatre classes and have a strong <br />knowledge of the curriculum prior to each class. <br />. CONSULTANT will prepare a lesson plan for each class, choose theatre <br />techniques in coordination with the Arts Administrator and teach the class in a <br />way which will achieve a highly competent performance by the students. <br />. CONSULTANT will teach a variety of theatre techniques. <br />. CONSULTANT will direct performances quarterly for an audience of students, <br />parents and the community. <br /> <br />COMPENSA nON <br /> <br />CONSULTANT will be paid Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per hour for each hour of <br />instruction. <br />CONSULTANT will be reimbursed for supplies and instructional materials, not available <br />from CITY'S art supplier, in an amount not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). <br />Total compensation received by CONSULTANT, fer instruction and reimbursement, <br />during the term of this Agreement shall not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00). <br />
