Lead was detected in the collected soil <br />sample at a level that required additional analysis. The <br />subsequent analysis identified non-detect levels of soluble <br />lead. Metal concentrations detected for all of the other <br />samples analyzed for metals did not exceed their respective <br />total threshold limit concentration and were not high <br />enough to require additional analysis. <br /> <br />B. Emit hazardous emissions or handle hazardous or acutely <br />hazardous materials, substance or waste within one- <br />quarter mile of an exi~ting or proposed school? <br /> <br />Less than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The construction and operation of the proposed proj ect <br />would not result in activities that would emit hazardous <br />emissions or acutely hazardous materials. <br /> <br />C. Be located on a site which is located on a list of <br />hazardous material sites compiles pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 659662.5 and, as a result, <br />would it create a significant hazard to the public or <br />the environment? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the Santa Ana Fire Department and the <br />State Regional Water Quality Control Board the project <br />site is not identified as a hazardous material/waste <br />site. <br /> <br />D. For a project located within an airport land use plan <br />or where such a plan has not been adopted, within two <br />miles where a public airport or public use airport, <br />would the project result in a safety hazard for people <br />residing or working in the project area? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The closest airport to the project site is John Wayne <br />Airport. According to the John Wayne Airport Environs <br />Land Use Plan for John Wayne Airport, the project site <br />is not within an accidental potential zone or crash <br />hazard zone. <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />31A.,.32 <br />
