<br />Plan. The proposed project would not significantly increase <br />the demand for wastewater service over current levels <br />wastewater demand within the project area. Through the <br />City's development review process, the Public Works <br />Department has indicated that the City would have the <br />ability to provide adequate waste water service to the <br />project site. The proposed project would be required to <br />provide appropriate sewer connection fees with the City of <br />Santa Ana and the Orange County Sanitation District. <br />No adverse impacts in regards to the provision of adequate <br />wastewater service would be associated with the proposed <br />project. <br /> <br />c. Require or result in the construction of new stor.m <br />water drainage facilities or expansion of existing <br />facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant effects. <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The project site is located within an urbanized area with <br />improved drainage facilities. Implementation of the <br />proposed project would not significantly increase the <br />amount of surface water runoff generated from the project <br />site. Implementation of the proposed project would not <br />require the construction of new drainage facilities that <br />would impact the environment. <br /> <br />D. Are sufficient water supplies available to serve the <br />project from existing entitlements and resources or <br />are new or expanded entitlements needed? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan <br />and the water demands for the project are accounted for the <br />in the City's Urban Water Management Plan. Through the <br />City's development review process, the Public Works <br />Department has indicated that the City would have the <br />ability to provide adequate water service to the project <br />site. No adverse impacts in regards to the provision of <br />adequate water service would be associated with the <br />proposed project. <br /> <br />F.
