<br />Recyclable Solid Wastes for the purpose of reuse or sale. <br /> <br />(37). Residential Bin Service shall mean Bin Service which is provided by CONTRACTOR to <br />any and all residential users which request or require such services pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> <br />(38). Residential Solid Waste means Solid Waste originating from single-family or multiple <br />family dwellings. <br /> <br />(39). Roll-Off Service shall mean Solid Waste collection from transportable containers of 10 <br />cubic yards or larger which are dropped off at a residence, commercial or industrial establishment and <br />later removed for collection of contents of said container. Roll-Off Service includes compactors which <br />may be used with roll-off containers. <br /> <br />(40). Solid Waste shall mean all Solid Wastes, including, but not by way of limitation, <br />Recyclable Solid Wastes, whether now recyclable or not, generated and/or accumulated by all <br />residential, commercial and industrial sources, and at all construction and demolition sites within the <br />CITY excluding that Solid Waste referred to in Section 9(a) herein; provided, however, that Solid <br />Waste shall not be deemed, for purposes of this Agreement, to include any Hazardous Wastes as <br />defined hereinabove. <br /> <br />(41). Solid Waste Facility shall include a Composting Facility, Materials Recovery Facility or a <br />transfer station. <br /> <br />(42) Source Reduction and Recycling Element shall be the CITY'S plan for meeting the <br />requirements of CIWMA. <br /> <br />(43). Waste Type means identified wastes having the features ofa group or class of wastes that <br />are distinguishable from any other Waste Type, as identified by the CITY'S Source Reduction and <br />Recycling Element. <br /> <br />(44). Yard Waste means any wastes generated from the maintenance or alteration of public, <br />commercial or residential landscapes including, but not limited to, leaves, yard clippings, tree <br />trimming, brush, weeds and pruning. <br /> <br />(45) Yard Waste Diversion shall mean the diversion from the waste stream of yard waste or <br />organic waste and the composting, mulching, and/or transformation thereof. <br /> <br />4. SCOPE OF SERVICE: <br /> <br />(a) CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, material, facilities and equipment necessary, except <br />for those vehicles and equipment which the CITY shall license to CONTRACTOR pursuant to Section <br />11 herein, for the collection of all Solid Waste originating, generated and/or accumulated by any person <br />within CITY boundaries, as they now exist or may hereafter exist, and shall transport, process, Recycle, <br />divert by means of compo sting, mulching and/or transforming and/or dispose of said Solid Waste in <br />compliance with the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />25A-14 <br />
