CUP 89-026 - 1414-1428 N BUSH STREET <br /> <br />Filed by Berean Development to allow the construction of a 27-unit <br />condominium project (35 du/ac) plus a nine-unit per acre density bonus at <br />1414-1428 N. Bush Street in the P District. <br /> <br />Mayor Young indicated that he had received a communication from Berean <br />Development, Inc. requesting a continuation for two weeks to all ow the <br />firm to redesign the condominium project, as well as explore potential <br />office or commercial uses for the site. <br /> <br />By the unanimous informal consent of the Council, the public hearing <br />regarding CUP 89-026 was continued to January 16, 1990. <br /> FILE 625.15 <br /> <br />75.B.
