CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />At Councilmember Pulido's request, the Police Chief gave a brief report <br />with respect to illegal discharge of firearms over the New Year's holiday, <br />and indicated he would provide a complete report to the Council as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Acosta reported illegal discharges of firearms in the <br />neighborhood of 1300 S.
