the proposed project would comply with the applicable <br />requirements of the uniform building code, conditions of <br />approval, mitigation measures and applicable City <br />Ordinances, which provide specific requirements that would <br />avoid any significant cumulative impacts within the project <br />area. <br />C. Does the project have environmental effects, which <br />will cause substantial adverse effects on human beings <br />either directly or indirectly? <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br />The project would not have any direct or indirect adverse <br />impacts on human beings.
