This system alerts the fire stations of <br />emergency dispatch calls using both audio (buzzer) and visual (colored <br />lights). Hi Desert is the sole local authorized Zetron maintenance and <br />warranty provider. In order to help ensure efficient response to <br />emergencies, the Fire Department staff recommends entering into an <br />agreement with Hi Desert Communications for maintenance of the fire station <br />alerting system. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are a Flab e in the Fire Department's Communications, Other <br />Contractual er ice account (account no. 011-322-6291). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />Phi1 <br />p M.
