The parties entered into that certain agreement entitled "Consultant Agreement" dated <br />May 22, 200 I, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", for bottled water services. <br /> <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend said Agreement to reflect additional <br />compensation due so that the total compensation under said Agreement shall not exceed <br />$34,000.00. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises <br />hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement <br />as hereby amended, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />I < Page I, paragraph 2, section (a) of said Agreement shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />City agrees to pay, and Consultant agrees to accept as total payment for its services, the <br />rates and charges identified in Exhibit A. The total sum to be expended under this <br />Agreement, shall not exceed $34,000.00 during the term of this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.
