').-/- 0(" A-2006-012 ()' PI') n.5QPL- FOURTH AMENDMENT TO FOOD SERVICE AGREEMENT THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO FOOD SERVICE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 17th day of January 2006 by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and Aramark Correctional Service, Inc" a Delaware corporation ("Aramark"), RECITALS: I, City and Aramark entered into Agreement A-2002-007, dated January 22, 2002, hereinafter "said Agreement", which grants Aramark the exclusive right to provide food service for the inmates, staff and visitors at the Santa Ana Police Administration and Holding Facility, located at 60 and 62 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, 2. The Parties wish to amend the price per inmate meal and to increase compensation available for the term from February 1,2006 through January 31, 2007 to pay for the increased per meal price. 3. The parties wish to renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, City and Aramark agree as follows: 1, Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase the total compensation for food services to a not to exceed amount of $1, I 0 1,200.00 for the term from February 1,2006 through January 31, 2007. 2. Exhibit "A" shall be amended to increase the inmate meal price to $2.00 per inmate meal from February 1,2006 through January 31, 2007. 3. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term of said Agreement through January 31,2007. II II
