MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 20, 1990 <br /> <br />At 4:00 p.m., Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy, called to order the <br />regular meeting of the City Council in Room 831, City Hall, 20 Civic <br />Center Plaza. No Councilmembers were present to respond to the call of <br />the roll. The Clerk declared the meeting adjourned to 4:30 p.m. in the <br />Council Chambers. <br /> <br />The meeting of the Santa Ana City Council was called to order at 4:36 p.m. <br />by Mayor Dan Young in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. <br />Councilmembers present were John Acosta, Daniel E. Griset, Ron May, <br />Patricia A. McGuigan, Rick Norton, and Miguel A. Pulido. Also present <br />were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk <br />of Council Janice C.
