MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 20, 1990 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 3:18 p.m. in Room 831, City Hall, <br />20 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor Dan Young. Councilmembers present were <br />John Acosta, Patricia A. McGuigan, Rick Norton, and Miguel A. Pulido. Also <br />present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and <br />Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Ron May and Daniel E. Griset joined the meeting at 3:25 p.m. <br />and 3:28 p.m., respectively. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council indicated the City Council was meeting in Closed <br />Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 to consider personnel <br />matters. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT - 3:32 P.M. - No action was taken out of Closed Session. <br /> <br />~T,~rkice C.
