<br />. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />A-2001-0 26 <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is made and entered <br />into this t9,~ day of March, 2001, by and between Susan Quinn dba the Quinn <br />Company, a California corporation (hereafter "CONSULTANT") and the City of Santa <br />Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (hereafter <br />"CITY"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. CITY and CONSULTANT entered into an agreement dated February 6,2001, <br />(AGREEMENT) by which CONSULTANT agreed to provide employee training <br />in the Public Business Concepts Program and consulting services to CITY. <br /> <br />2. CITY and CONSULTANT wish to amend the AGREEMENT to allow <br />CONSULTANT to provide additional consulting services to City Agencies. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises <br />contained in the AGREEMENT, and subject to all ofthe terms and conditions of the <br />AGREEMENT, CITY and CONSULTANT agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Exhibit A - Scope of Services shall be amended to include Exhibit A-I, the <br />proposal for consulting services to be provided to Community Preservation, <br />attached hereto. <br /> <br />2. Paragraph 2.a. shall be amended to read in full as follows: <br /> <br />"a. City agrees to pay, and Consultant agrees to accept as total payment for its <br />services, the rates and charges identified in Exhibit A. The total sum to be <br />expended under this Agreement, shall not exceed $30,000.00 during the term of <br />this Agreement." <br />
