MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY (3ir <br /> SAJ~TA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />MARCH 20, 1990 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m. in the Council Chambers, <br />22 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor Pro Tem John Acosta. Councilmembers <br />present were Ron May, Patricia A. McGuigan, and Rick Norton. Also present <br />were City Manager David N. Ream, Sr. Deputy City Attorney Robert Wheeler <br />and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Daniel E. Griset and Miguel A. FLOWER <br /> <br />Disposition and development agreement relates to the sale of property by <br />the Community Redevelopment Agency to Hutton Development Company, Inc. <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Register on March 5 and March 12, 1990. <br /> <br />The Mayor Pro Tem opened the public hearing regarding a proposed <br />disposition and development agreement with Hutton Development Company, <br />Inc. at 5:33 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation of staff report, Redevelopment Commission recommendation and <br />staff comments by: Vicki Uehli, Project Manager, Community Development <br />Agency <br /> <br />Presentation of written communications by Janice C. Guy, Clerk of the <br />Council: None <br /> <br />Felix Oramus, 1038 W.
